Hi, the condo is owner-managed, and we look forward to receiving your 5-Star feedback! Upscale renovation completed in 2020! Relaxation awaits in our 3BR condo boasting stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Back Bay from our oversized balcony. Open those windows in the MBR and sleep to the sounds of the waves..... we are steps from the beach and the main pool area has a courtyard with outdoor grills and 3 pools to choose from (in season). Enjoy a week of family fun activities - swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and more or just do nothing at all! Our condo complex sits at the end of the Sandbridge Beach leaving False Cape Park and Back Bay Refuge our only neighbors. This is what makes Sandbridge Beach so special and simply tranquil.
With our recent renovation you will find all the comforts of home. Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of room to enjoy family time or find a spot to be still. The fully equipped kitchen features an open layout into the LR and DR area and a wonderful breakfast bar. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, tons of cabinets and space. Privately located MBR and Master Bath Suite.

Summary: Shore Thing Condo was awesome! Even nicer & more spacious than the pictures make it look. I'm particular about cleanliness - the place was spotless! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets & the SUPER easy elevator ride down to the beach. Having laundry in the room made our family's stay SO much easier! There is a trash chute & recycling drop off down the hall, & you are right next to the elevator, but don't worry: You can't hear it from the room at all! Free on site parking was a plus. The owners keep the condo stocked SO well! High quality products & plenty of them in the kitchen, bathrooms, & laundry room. Extra pillows, blankets, hangers, cooking supplies, the whole 9 yards! Plenty of storage space throughout as well for all your belongings. You'll have to drive a little bit to any stores, but there's a small shop across the street that sells ice, & Kroger does deliver to the address. We also had plenty of doordash options. We LOVED the Rustic Spoon just a little drive into town, and we highly recommend the street corn at Jose Tequilas, which is IN the complex! The pools are kept a perfect temperature & well maintained daily. The beds were pretty comfortable, & there's a TV in each room. If I HAD to suggest any improvements, I would ask for a table on the balcony, a new living room couch, & a full length mirror somewhere. But really, none of that bothered us bc overall the place was great. We definitely want to return! Many thanks to Michelle and Brad!
